Jennifer Frankum

Jennifer Frankum is a retired teacher of high school English, Creative Writing, Careers, Civics, Parenting, ESL, and Special Education.

She lives in Port Elgin, Ontario, with her husband, several orchids, and too many cats.
She is poetry editor of  The Leaf,  and a frequent contributor to area readings and other publications.

She received first prize in the 2019 William Wilfred Campbell Poetry Contest, third prize in the 2021
Valerie Connor Poetry Contest and one poem was nominated for a Pushcart Prize in 2022.
