Doris Pennington

The author of Thirty Years On Call: A Country Doctor’s Family Life, was the first of Robert and Viola Tucker’s daughters born in Paisley. As well as a career in advertising, she edited a magazine, and wrote numerous articles. The author of one other book, “Agnes Macphail, Reformer”, a biography of Canada’s first woman Member of Parliament.
